For Trainees

Our courses are free and part-time, and no experience is needed. Everyone starts with Intro to Digital, an online course you study at your own pace. From Intro to Programming, we pay for transport, lunch and childcare on class days.

For Volunteers

Many roles are in person on Saturdays, where trusted relationships help Trainees learn. Others are remote and flexible, such as Code Reviewer, Pair Programmer and Career Mentor.

Find your role

Code is a universal language. It does not care about your background – your passion and dedication are what matter most. I am sure that with CYF’s supportive environment and your own determination, you can achieve amazing things!
